I’ve been accepted to the Kenyon Review Residential Summer Workshop for June 2026! I’ll be taking the incredible Lydi Conklin’s Fiction workshop with nine other students and one fellow. So honored!

So you’ve finished a novel. Congrats! But how do you tackle the next hurdle of finding an agent? I’ll be teaching a two-part workshop for Reedsy called “Query with Confidence” on April 14th & April 28th. We will walk through the following: writing a strong query letter, identifying appropriate agents, and staying organized.

I’ll be teaching for Literary Cleveland in Spring 2026. I will run a 6-week, in-person course called Creating New Fiction in March/April. Not in Cleveland? Join my online workshop on Tuesday, April 21st devoted to submitting your short-form work for publication.
